Medabon is a combination medication used for the medical termination of intrauterine pregnancy up to 63 days (9 weeks) of gestation. It consists of two active ingredients: Mifepristone and Misoprostol. Mifepristone acts as an antiprogestogen, blocking the hormone progesterone, which is necessary for pregnancy to continue.
