Talzenna, generically known as talazoparib, is a targeted therapy medication used in the treatment of certain types of breast cancer. Specifically, it is indicated for patients with HER2-negative breast cancer that is locally advanced or metastatic and who have inherited mutations in the BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes.
